What You’ll Do
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video.
  • Track KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.) and make data-driven improvements to maximize results.
  • Spot campaign challenges and suggest proactive solutions.
  • Apply client guidance and parameters to refine campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with content/creative teams to source ad copy and assets.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently through chat, video calls, and project management tools.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to keep clients updated on performance.
  • Optimize keywords and ad copy for better conversions.
What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (paid search)
  • Proficiency with SEMRush
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office/365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
  • Experience handling multiple accounts or clients (agency background a plus)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, or Instagram Ads
  • Basic skills in landing page optimization
  • Ad copy optimization experience
