What You’ll Do
- Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video.
- Track KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.) and make data-driven improvements to maximize results.
- Spot campaign challenges and suggest proactive solutions.
- Apply client guidance and parameters to refine campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with content/creative teams to source ad copy and assets.
- Communicate clearly and consistently through chat, video calls, and project management tools.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to keep clients updated on performance.
- Optimize keywords and ad copy for better conversions.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (paid search)
- Proficiency with SEMRush
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office/365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Experience handling multiple accounts or clients (agency background a plus)
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, or Instagram Ads
- Basic skills in landing page optimization
- Ad copy optimization experience
