Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Native channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola, and Outbrain.
• Own key performance indicators such as CPL, lead volume, lead quality, and ROI, using data-driven analysis to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with international teams across Account Management, Data, CRO, and UX to deliver end-to-end campaign performance and clear KPI reporting.
