Job summary

LV Collective, an Austin-based student housing and multifamily developer, is seeking a curious Paid Media Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. You’ll gain real-world experience in paid media, digital advertising, and marketing analytics while supporting campaigns, researching trends, and helping with content briefs and ad launches.

This in-person internship offers hands-on learning, collaboration with the marketing team, and exposure to creative strategy, data analysis, and performance

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or a related field.
• Interest in learning paid media and marketing analytics.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with major social platforms is a plus.
• Willing to work in-person in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Research paid social advertising trends and creative concepts for LV campaigns.
• Help develop clear, actionable creative briefs for paid media campaigns.
• Assist with uploading ad components into advertising platforms and reviewing setups before launch.
• Support marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance.
• Assist with campaign organization, trackers, and asset libraries.
• Contribute ideas during team brainstorms and coordinate with LV’s teams.
