TruGreen in Franklin, TN is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to research, analyze and report on market trends, campaign performance and customer insights. You will develop dashboards and attribution models to optimize direct marketing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Economics, IT or related field.
• 1–2 years marketing analysis experience or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, interprets, integrates and manages large-scale internal data for reporting needs using SQL and Access.
• Develops daily and weekly dashboards to track performance and growth of all direct marketing programs.

• Analyzes and verifies data to ensure accuracy of direct mail/email campaigns.
• Collaborates with digital marketing team and other internal stakeholders for ad hoc analyses to help make informative business decisions.

Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
