Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in a full-time, paid training role designed to develop tomorrow's store leaders. You will work closely with General Management, Department Managers, and store team members to learn the business and prepare for a management position.

As you progress, you’ll benefit from a promote-from-within culture, on-the-job training, and clear advancement opportunities across 330+ stores, corporate office, and distribution centers.

Qualifications
