Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a motivated university student for its Management Internship in Fairbanks, AK. This paid, part-time 25-hour/week program runs for 12 weeks, with two start dates aligned to academic calendars. You will have opportunities to learn fleet management, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives.

From day one, you’ll be challenged alongside our trainees, gaining real-world leadership experience in a team-based setting while balancing class schedules and employer expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program for the upcoming semester at a college or university set to graduate between May 2027 - December 2027.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to work 25 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either January 6th, 2027 or March 29th, 2027, depending on academic calendar.
