Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a paid Management Placement Internship based in Waterford. You’ll gain real-world business experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a supportive environment.

As an Intern, you’ll participate in mentoring, classroom learning, and on-the-job training as part of our Graduate Management Training Programme, with opportunities for promotion and incentives as you grow.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student; assessment based on core competencies.
• Must have a full manual driving licence (RoI/UK/EU).
• No drug or alcohol related offences on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow network and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and interpretation of profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor, train and develop your own team with potential to promote others.
