Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in the South Austin and San Marcos area to provide university students with real-world leadership experience. The paid internship runs January 4, 2027 through April 2, 2027 with a 25-hour per week schedule.

Interns will learn how to run a business, work in teams, and gain marketable skills in management, customer service, and sales while receiving employee discounts and potential rewards for performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program.
• Must be graduating by May 2027.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in intern projects and competitive activities as part of the program.
