Job summary

Enterprise's Summer 2027 Management Internship offers university students real-world, paid experience to build business and leadership skills from day one.

Interns tackle challenges alongside full-time professionals, work in a team-based environment, and pursue projects that develop customer, marketing, and operations acumen.

This 40-hour-per-week program includes hands-on assignments and potential incentives, with locations in Sugar Land and Missouri City, Texas.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or MBA, with a graduation date August or December 2027.
• Must be willing to commit to our summer program working 40 hrs. per week (Starting May 25, 2027).
• Must have 1+ year of experience in sales, military service, or student leadership roles.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.
