Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship student to hit the ground running in San Jose, CA. The paid internship offers $22 per hour and requires 20–25 hours per week, in a part-time role during the final semester of your college program.

You will learn to run a business, develop leadership and management skills, and work in a team-based environment. This program places interns into real challenges alongside full-time professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university in final semester graduating by June 2027.
• Must have 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• 10–12 week commitment with the start in December 2026.
• Available to work 20–25 hours per week during the internship.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and assist customers.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and build customer relationships.
