Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in San Jose for students in their final semester, graduating June 2027. This paid, part-time internship provides hands-on experience across sales, customer service, and leadership, with real projects starting February 2027.

You’ll work 20-25 hours per week for 10-12 weeks at one of our San Jose locations, earning $22 per hour while you learn to manage teams, develop marketing strategies, and build valuable business skills with Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating by June 2027.
• Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service,or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in February 2027.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.

Responsibilities
