Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Lawrence, MA, designed for current college students to gain hands-on business and leadership experience. You will work alongside peers in a team-based environment, tackling real assignments and learning how to run a fleet and serve customers.

The program runs late May to August 2027, ~10 weeks minimum, with pay at $18.00 per hour and opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelors degree program (rising Senior)
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days) during mid May–mid August
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) in last 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Develop skills in fleet management, customer care, marketing strategies and relationship building with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition; eligible for performance incentives and referrals
