Job summary

Enterprise in Arlington/Falls Church, VA is offering a Management Internship to build business and leadership skills. You’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and tackle challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals.

Starting compensation is $19 per hour. You must be 18+, graduating Dec 2027–Summer 2028, have 6 months in related roles, and hold a valid US driver’s license. On-site work in VA with a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be graduating December 2027, Spring 2028 or Summer 2028.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management in the last 6 years.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Background check including driving, references and education will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and customer relationships.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and customer engagement during the internship.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
