Interns will tackle real challenges alongside our management trainees, developing leadership and business skills from day one. You’ll gain experience in fleet management, customer service, marketing strategy and teamwork, with projects and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating by May 2028 or August 2028.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience (sales, customer service, management, or organizational leadership).
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Internship Program and develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may qualify for performance incentives and referrals.
