Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship candidate for our Marion, IL area. You will rotate through daily tasks to learn how to run a branch, manage a fleet, and assist customers with confidence and care.

The internship emphasizes hands-on learning, teamwork, and professional development. You’ll participate in projects, gain leadership exposure, and potentially earn incentives, while supporting branch operations during a 10–12 week period.

Qualifications

• Rising Senior enrolled full-time for upcoming semester (graduation Dec 2027 or May 2028).
• At least 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing, or management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ≤3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• 10–12 week commitment with start mid May to August.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and build marketing strategies.
• Engage in intern projects and friendly peer competition while learning operations.
