Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a paid Management Internship in Frederick or Hagerstown, MD. This program provides real-world experience in running a business while developing leadership and customer-focused skills.

From day one you’ll tackle diverse projects, learn fleet management, sales and marketing, and collaborate with peers. Mentorship and potential performance incentives are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be graduating December 2027, Spring 2028 or Summer 2028.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management in the last 6 years.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Background check including driving, employment references, education and social security will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and build relationships with customers.
• Learn marketing strategies and interact with coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
