Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites university students to join the Management Internship in Sterling, VA or Chantilly, VA. This paid internship provides real-world business and leadership experience from day one and places interns alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment.

Participants will work on projects that develop skills in fleet management, customer service, and marketing while competing with peers and potentially earning performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be graduating December 2027, Spring 2028 or Summer 2028.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management in the last 6 years.
• Leadership experience could include clubs, volunteer work, athletics or military service.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform internship projects in management, customer service, and marketing.
• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in team-based activities and compete in friendly contests while learning business fundamentals.
