Job summary

Enterprise invites university students to join the Management Internship in Wisconsin as a paid program. The internship runs May 2027 through August 2027, based on a 40-hour work week, with locations in Appleton and Oshkosh.

You'll gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, and marketing while collaborating with peers. From day one, you’ll handle real-world challenges alongside professionals and may earn performance-based incentives as you learn and grow within a team

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating by May 2028 or August 2028.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) on record within the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship required now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join a day-one paid internship to learn how to run a business and develop management skills.
