• Administers and documents ordered medications and injections with final documentation by CMA, RN, or Physician.
• Reviews appointment schedules, maintains timely flow of patients, greets patients, and prepares them for examination.
• Performs audiograms and visual testing.
• Communicates with patients via telephone calls, answering questions, advising patients with instructions from provider and documents all action taken in the patient medical record.
