Engenious Design is a creative design firm with multiple disciplines including electrical, mechanical, software, and biomedical engineering. The Engenious Internship is a paid, temporary position embedded in real product development projects in the Kansas City area.

Interns work directly with senior engineers to gain hands-on experience on real devices, from early concepts to prototypes, while maintaining a strong emphasis on documentation and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant engineering degree program.
• Interest in medical devices and product development.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• WorkCollaboratively to design, build and test electronics and embedded microcontroller systems.
• Expand your knowledge of designing electromechanical products, including enclosures, digital, power supply, motor control, analog and RF circuits.
• Learn about the medical field by working on inventive medical devices and other advanced technology product development.
