As a Paid Intern, you will support day-to-day operations, monitor dashboards, assist with tech support calls, document outreach and outcomes, and help with data entry and reporting.

Position Details

• Remote
• Part-Time | Approximately 20 hours per week
• Starting at $15/hour

What You’ll Do

As a Paid Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of LumiCare’s remote service programs. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing administrative and operational support across LumiCare programs
• Monitoring dashboards and completing follow-up outreach related to service notifications
• Assisting with technology support calls, basic troubleshooting, and follow-up
• Documenting outreach, communications, and outcomes
• Supporting data entry, tracking, reporting, and special projects
• Communicating with individuals served, caregivers, provider staff, and LumiCare team members
• Gaining exposure to the operations behind innovative healthcare and human services programs

The position is fully remote and does not involve providing in-person direct care.
