Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Current junior or senior at a 4-year university with graduation between Dec 2027 and Dec 2028.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week onsite.
• Experience with manufacturing environments and BOMs/Routings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support or independently resolve issues related to product safety and manufacturing processes.
• Assist team members and contribute to project tasks as a manufacturing representative.
• Research, plan, and implement manufacturing process improvements or new processes.
• Create written instructions and provide clear oral instructions to teammates.
• Use MS Windows and MS Office to document and communicate results.
