Job summary

Healthpeak Properties, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Software Engineer interns for Summer 2027. You will work in a small, agile pod embedded with business teams, translating user needs into practical software solutions and rapid production-ready features.

You will prototype and iterate with operators, asset managers, and customer-facing colleagues to minimize friction and deliver tangible value for tenants and partners over a 12-week internship at 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong programming knowledge across Python, Java, C++, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with AI agents integration (e.g., Claude Code).
• Solid data structures, storage, cloud, and frontend frameworks understanding.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, test, launch, and scale new ideas with rapid iteration.
