Mary Kay University is a 10-week summer internship program designed to give undergraduate and graduate students meaningful, real-world experience across a variety of business functions. Your ideas matter here.

As a Mary Kay intern, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects, solve real business challenges, and build the skills, relationships, and confidence to shape your future. Internships are paid at $20/hour, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with in-office presence 4–5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing undergraduate or master's degree in accredited university, full-time or part-time. Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred majors: Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or similar

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions across Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Global HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and HR Analytics.
• Assist HR teams with ongoing projects and reporting.
• Contribute to recruitment campaigns and employer branding activities.
• Support data collection and analysis to inform people initiatives.
