Job summary

Eurest USA in Memphis offers a paid Hospitality & Catering Internship for the Summer 2027 program (May–August). Interns gain hands-on experience through department rotations and event support while observing operations and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or Event Management.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week based on business needs and internship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in department rotations and event support across the hospitality operation.
• Learn from experienced hospitality leaders and mentors during the internship.
• Lead or contribute to a capstone project in the final weeks of the program.
