What you will do: assist technicians with equipment repair and maintenance, support the parts department and showroom, keep the shop and yard organized, and learn from supervisors through training and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Maintain acceptable attendance balanced with school and work commitments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience assisting technicians with equipment repair and maintenance.
• Explore dealership operations by supporting the parts department and showroom.
