Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Hawley, Minnesota, is offering a High School Intern position.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading equipment, learn how a dealership operates, and earn while you learn as you explore different career paths alongside experienced team members. What you will do: assist technicians with equipment repair and maintenance, support the parts department and showroom, keep the shop and yard organized, and learn from supervisors through training and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Maintain acceptable attendance balanced with school and work commitments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
