Job summary

The Koch Internship Program (KIP) is a paid experiential learning program run by Stand Together Fellowships, offering professional development and meaningful work with nonprofits tackling policy challenges across the United States. Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

for the duration and may join a mix of online and on-site activities. Interns will engage in research, writing, social media work, infographic creation, and note-taking at policy events.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial self-starter with initiative and curiosity.
• Strong interest in health policy topics including Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, and health care financing.
• Excellent research and communication skills; able to summarize policy events clearly.
• Adaptable and detail‑oriented, able to juggle diverse tasks from briefings to memos.

Responsibilities

• Assist Paragon Health Institute staff with research and policy development.
• Compile and organize data from government reports, studies, and policy documents.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for research projects.
