Enterprise Holdings is seeking a university student for its Management Internship in Anniston, AL. You’ll gain real-world leadership experience, work on projects with the team, and learn what it takes to run a successful business from day one.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years old.
Senior in bachelor’s degree program with graduation by May 2027.
Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Available to work up to 25 hours per week, including a weekend rotation once a month.

Responsibilities

Develop leadership and business skills in a team-based environment.
Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers and develop marketing strategies.
Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
