Job summary
Universal Orlando Resort is offering a Summer 2027 internship in Architecture & Engineering focused on asset management. The role involves field surveys, data collection, and analysis to support asset sustainment of facilities and utilities, with collaboration across teams and external consultants.
In-person, based in Orlando offices, with paid internship status and potential housing assistance. Applicants should be pursuing a degree, have a minimum 2.8 GPA, and be available for May–August
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree with junior standing or above; transcript required.
- GPA minimum 2.8; transcript submitted with application.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and ESRI GIS tools.
- Exposure to field data collection, surveys and asset management concepts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and collect field data of facilities and utilities infrastructure.
- Review drawings and documents for analysis and performance.
- Support design reviews for asset sustainment with partners and consultants.
- Assist in delivering sustaining maintenance toward facilities assets.
- Follow EH&S policies and participate in safety activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
