Job summary

Bell Ambulance is seeking Cadets for a Part-Time Operations role in Milwaukee, WI. This paid training program runs January–May 2027, preparing you for EMT-B certification through classroom and clinical settings.

You will learn emergency and non-emergency response, perform Basic Life Support, and transport patients as needed. Successful completion and EMT license are mandatory; attendance is required for all classes and orientations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to read and interpret required documentation.
• Complete and pass background test, drug screen, and physical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency requests; provide BLS as needed.
• Transport patients to medical facilities and maintain safety.
• Attend trainings, orientations, and maintain certifications.
• Represent the company as courteous, professional, and patient-focused.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and cooperate with the health system.
