Job summary

Avangrid Internship Program offers a 10-week paid summer experience in the energy industry, with projects spanning transmission, distribution, substations, and grid modernization. Selected students pursue Electrical Engineering or related fields, with a focus on applying academic learning to real challenges.

Qualifications

Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or first-year Master's student with at least one semester remaining before graduation.
Pursuing a degree in: Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Related engineering discipline.
Demonstrated interest in the applicable field and the energy industry.
Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and communicate findings effectively.
Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities
