Job summary

The Avangrid Internship Program offers a 10-week paid summer experience designed to provide meaningful exposure to the energy industry. Interns work on real projects, develop technical and professional skills, and receive mentorship from industry professionals across teams.

Assignments may involve transmission and distribution infrastructure, system planning, and grid modernization programs, with opportunities to present outcomes and learnings throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or first-year Master's student with at least one semester remaining before graduation.
• Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in energy industry and ability to analyze information and communicate findings.
