The program includes a Project Engineer track, safety orientation in Valdosta, OSHA 10, mentorship, and clear feedback with potential full-time offers after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a junior or senior in a relevant degree program.
• GPA of 2.75 or higher preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel and relocate for internship.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must pass background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screen.
• Two personal (non-relative) references and one professional or academic reference required.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-paid New Employee Safety Orientation (NESO) in Valdosta, GA.
• Complete OSHA 10 online training.
• Contribute to real‑world tasks that align with the role you’re training for.
• Support daily operations & assist with site‑based and/or office‑based special projects.
• Participate in an individual training plan with assigned mentor.
• Receive structured feedback through midterm and final evaluations.
• If travel is required, lodging and per diem will be provided.
