Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. in Michigan offers a 10–12 week paid Operations/Distribution internship designed to expose students to real-world warehouse operations, distribution processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Interns will complete a project or multiple projects from start to finish, mentored by a dedicated manager and internship coordinator. You'll gain hands-on experience across business units while supporting teams on value-driving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an associates, bachelor's or graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution Management, or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Analytics/Computer Skills: knowledge of common software packages, strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Physical and stamina readiness for warehouse activities and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations and distribution workflow.
• Own and deliver a project or multiple projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with operations professionals and managers across teams.
• Participate in Kendall Charitable Giving Event and engage with leadership.
