Job summary

The Kendall Group in Grand Rapids, MI offers a 10-12 week paid Sales Intern program to provide hands-on exposure to foundational sales principles, customer engagement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Interns work on real projects, gaining meaningful experience within Kendall Group’s Sales function.

You will be paired with a dedicated manager and trainer, with regular meetings from the internship coordination team, and opportunities to participate in Kendall Charitable Giving

Qualifications

• Pursuing an associates, bachelor's or graduate degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics).
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Analytics/computer skills with data analysis and detail orientation.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a normal office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales initiatives on project-based assignments to improve processes and customer experience.
• Engage with customers and analyze data to drive value for the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in mentoring and coaching sessions.
• Support the internship program and participate in Kendall Charitable Giving events.
