Job summary

The Brand Leader, Inc. is offering a fall internship focused on social content creation. You’ll work directly with our content creators, strategists, and account teams in TBL Studios to produce live content for real brands.

You’ll collaborate across strategy, creative, and production to learn how strategy becomes a brief, a shoot, and a week-long content cycle across platforms. This internship runs August through December 2026.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or adjacent field.
• Experience creating social content on major platforms.
• Proficiency with at least one editing tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or Photoshop).
• Willingness to be coached and to grow in a fast-paced agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video and photography for brand content.
• Support daily content pipeline for multiple brands under guidance.
• Inject ideas and trends to improve the content and process.
