Job summary

The State Group is offering a paid Construction Project Manager internship on site in Janesville, Wisconsin. This Future Leaders program seeks students pursuing Construction Management, with strong communication and organizational skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

The program provides mentorship, exposure to multiple business areas, and a capstone project presented to company leaders. Housing assistance is not offered, and eligibility includes passing a background check and drug

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college diploma or university degree in Construction Management.
• Completion of at least one year of post secondary education is required.
• Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization while gaining insight into how our business operates.
• Assist with research analysis planning documentation reporting and other responsibilities related to your area of study.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas updates and solutions.
• Build practical skills through hands on experience mentorship and professional development.
• Network with other interns and participate in a collaborative Capstone Project.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
