• Assist Superintendent/PM/Estimator with project tasks and documentation.
• Maintain and organize project finishes and run errands as needed.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Perform general office duties including ordering supplies and upkeep.
• Update project binders and filing; assist with schedules and subcontractor coordination.
• Help prepare client proposals and vendor purchase orders with accuracy.
• Support day-to-day requests from in-field Project Managers.
