Qualifications

• Enrollment in a higher education institution and entering junior/senior year
• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance/Risk Management preferred, but not required
• Must be a current student through duration of internship
• Strong typing and accuracy on keyboard required
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Able to work onsite for the internship duration
• Internship dates May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027
• Some travel may be required at company expense

Responsibilities

• Shadow and train to gain a realistic view of the Business Insurance Agent role through shadowing, presentations, client projects, prospecting, and more
• Explore a career in sales and client relations, focusing on advisory relationships rather than selling
• Engage in day-to-day client management and service activities, including data analysis and claims advocacy
• Assist with projects across strategy, marketing, sales, relationship management, and research for small/medium business insurance
• Collaborate with leadership on new ideas and growth initiatives
