The program augments your studies with real-world insurance experience, covering strategy, marketing, relationship management, and claims advocacy while building a professional network.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a college program and entering junior or senior year.
• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Insurance and/or Risk Management preferred.
• Must be a current student for the duration of the internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; fast typing ability.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow & Train: learn via job shadowing, presentations, and client projects.
• Sales exposure: explore career paths in sales and client relations.
• Service exposure: day-to-day client management and using agency systems.
• Learn, grow & collaborate on strategy, marketing, relationship management, and research projects.
