Scorpion Therapeutics in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time co-op intern to support mass spectrometry-based proteomics research within the Neuroscience team. You will focus on sample preparation, DIA data analysis, and workflow optimization to accelerate CNS drug discovery.
You will prepare biological samples, assist with LC-MS/DIA experiments, and analyze proteomics data using Skyline, EncyclopeDIA, and Spectronaut, while helping automate sample-prep workflows and collaborating across
Formación
- Enrolled in BS/BA/PhD with at least 2 years of coursework completed.
- Full-time availability for 6 months in early to mid-2027.
- Hands-on biology/chemistry lab experience.
- Foundational knowledge of proteins, peptides, chromatography, MS, and data analysis software.
