Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good listening skills.
• Excellent customer service with compassion.
• Willing to obtain Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.). Training paid by the organization.
• 18 years of age or older; read, write and speak English.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Learn on the job and prepare to take the CNA exam with mentorship.
• Be a key team member at the facility with varied tasks.
