Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is hiring for our Paid CNA Training Program, designed for individuals who want to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). No healthcare experience is required-just a positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to care for others.

This program combines classroom instruction with supervised clinical training, giving you the knowledge and hands‑on experience needed to begin a rewarding career in long‑term care.

After Successful Completion
