Job summary

Crowne Health Care is seeking candidates for a PAID CNA training program at our Alabama facility. No CNA certification is required to apply. Trainees will undergo classroom and hands-on training, aim to certify as CNAs, and transition to the 7:00 PM-7:00 AM night shift upon certification.

Qualifications

• No CNA certification required to apply
• Must complete CNA training and pass the certification exam
• Available to work NIGHT SHIFT (7:00 PM-7:00 AM) after training and certification
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must meet pre-employment health screening requirements
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing training
• Willingness to learn and follow nursing staff instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward elderly residents
• Ability to perform direct resident care duties

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs per care plans.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting dignity.
• Observe residents and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Obtain and record vital signs as directed.
• Document care and services electronically; communicate with nurses and residents.
• Follow infection control, safety procedures, and facility policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Perform additional CNA duties as assigned within scope.
