Job summary

Glens Falls Center offers a paid CNA course with a next class start date in August. Participants in the program are paid while in training and may receive a position in the facility upon successful completion. The training location is at Glens Falls Nursing and Rehab, 152 Sherman Ave, Glens Falls, NY 12801.

Daily pay is available through a trusted third-party provider. Post-training employment opportunities exist within our 120-bed rehabilitation and nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Must have NY State CNA Certification.
• Must successfully complete the Sponsored CNA program.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents in assigned units.
• Report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily care.
• Set up meal trays and document intake.
• Feed residents and assist with nutrition as needed.
• Make beds and maintain clean resident spaces.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data.
