Job summary

The Center for Human Development (CHD) in Springfield, MA is seeking Master’s level students in the final year of their degree program to join us as Paid Clinical Interns in Outpatient Clinics, Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), or In-Home Therapy teams.

All programs require a minimum of 20 hours and guarantee 1 hour weekly individual supervision. Pay rate is $20 per client-facing hour. Bilingual candidates are a plus. Placements typically run September through May.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a graduate program in behavioral healthcare (MSW, MHC, MFT or related).
• Commencing final year of master’s coursework with practicum completion before internship.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Join as Paid Clinical Interns in Outpatient Clinics, CBHC, or In-Home Therapy teams.
• Complete minimum 20 hours with 1 hour weekly supervision.
• Engage in therapeutic activities with diverse client populations.
