Stantec's multi-disciplinary office in Charleston and Columbia, SC has a paid summer internship position as a Civil/Transportation Engineering Intern. You will be part of our Transportation Group, contributing to roadway and traffic projects using CAD tools including MicroStation/OpenRoads and modeling software such as Synchro and SIDRA.

This summer internship may transition to part-time during the academic semester, offering exposure to SC DOT, County, and City projects and opportunities to

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take direction
• Ability to work independently
• Must have a good driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsabilités

• Gather project data - Prepare and assemble reports and drawings
• Perform routine calculations
• Assist with MicroStation drafting and design, and preparation of construction documents
• Observe and attend meetings with design team, and other project stakeholders
• Other related tasks as assigned
