Job summary

Hoyle Tanner and Associates, Inc. seeks an motivated intern for its Internship Program in the Oviedo, FL office within the Aviation Services Division.

This paid internship has a May 2027 start date with earlier starts possible on a limited basis. The intern will assist engineers with CADD, project quantity estimates, field data collection, project inspection, shop drawing review, schedule updates, hydrology analysis, permitting research, and BMP analyses.

Qualifications

• Preferred to be enrolled in a BSCE program or pursuing a Construction Management degree
• EIT preferred or able to obtain
• Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with CADD and project quantity estimates
• Assist with field data collection and project inspection
• Review shop drawings and update project schedules
• Conduct hydrology analysis and permitting regulation research
• Analyze stormwater treatment BMPs and other duties as assigned
