Workout Anytime Asheboro is seeking a Fitness Trainer. No certification or experience required; we train and certify you and pay you while you learn. You’ll work with our RAMP coaching system to deliver personalized workouts and build relationships with members over time.

We offer part-time or full-time schedules, with a base of $10/hour plus $14–$18 for every half-hour session; effective pay ranges from $10 to $24 per hour. We cover certification costs and provide free gym access.

Aufgaben

• Assist members with goal reviews, body composition scans, and strength assessments.
• Teach members how to follow their custom workout program.
• Monitor progress, answer questions, and adjust plans as needed.
• Build genuine relationships with members over time.
• Cover the front desk: check-ins, tours, keeping the gym running.
• No cold calling; no sales quota; paid on sessions delivered.
